Marshmallow mug cakes

This is based on Janes Patisserie chocolate mug cake

Ingredients:

• 15ml/1tbsp Sunflower oil
• 30g of sugar
• 3tbsp of self rasing flour
• 60ml of milk
• 1/4tsp of vanilla(Flavour or extract)
• mini marshmallows

Its rather simple and almost exactly follows her steps

1. mix the Oil, Sugar, Flour, Milk, and Vanilla into a mug and mix really well
   • i recommend using a milk frother to mix, it will mix the the flour better
2. mix a small amount of Marshmallow into the batter(small amount being like 5)
3. sprinkle some on top to melt
4. for my 1000W microwave it takes less than 1 minute to cook, watch it and stop to let it shrink if you're using a small mug.

i kinda made the base of this by accident once by forgetting to add the coco powder, but then did it again adding vanilla instead :3
